Create web pages to display data from excl sheet

I need small web applicatio that read excel sheet and display the data using Jquery mobile. the app will show data using listview, textboxes and richtextboxes. Data is stored in excel in single line per cell and some mltiple lines per cell. It is simple job and should take few hours to complate.
