Create a socket.io game

i would like to have a browser based game based on socket.io
i like games generals . io and hexbois . com , their tech and gameplay will be similar to my game design.
i ve created a google doc for details.
Nodejs VueJS mongodb and similar tech will be needed
i am looking for socket .io experienced game devs
budget is 1000 usd for now
