Create script that creates a new row in Google Sheets for every new IMAP email

I have an IMAP email inbox that receives emails for jobs, with details split by "|" symbol. (eg name|date|time|email)
I need a script created that will create a new row in a Google Sheet each time the inbox receives a new email
