Create pull down a dropdown list from a database SQL server using react app -- 2

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a pull-down dropdown list from a database SQL server for me using a react app. Specifically, I would like to have a dropdown list with data entry as opposed to text input, radio button, and other alternatives. Additionally, I need the list to be updated automatically, though I'm not sure if I will use a third-party tool to do so or not.
