Create payment system via Binance smart chain

We have a marketplace where people can buy goods, user can currently use paypal to purchase products. we need to add the option to be able to purchase using binance smart chain, we need:
1- user can purchase via metamask using the binance smart chain
2- the payment will split in 2, one small payment go to owner marketplace one payment go to the vendor of the products.
