Create me a payment page/form using Square API

I have opened account with Squareup.com to accept credit card payments from my customers.
I need a developer you can help me set up a payment page with all the required credit card fields on my website by consuming the Square APIs.
This will be a standalone page with payment form. So it's not connected to any ecommerce or any platform(so it might be easy for you). I will provide you with the cPanel access to my server where you can put this script.
So, once my client has made the payment using this page then money will come into my square account.
I need someone to set this up for me quickly and provide you with the access to my developer square portal today. If you have worked with square payments in the past then let me know and we can talk further.
