Create a one page reactJs or flutter app

I am looking for a skilled ReactJS developer to create a one-page app. The app should have basic user input and display functionality. No authentication is needed for this project. While I don't have a specific design in mind, I have a general idea of how I want the app to look.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
