Create a newspaper front page generator

I need that you create a newspaper front page generator that works like this one https://bit.ly/3FSEicP using JavaScript (standalone script, not like in the example that works in Elementor) using this design https://imgur.com/7rMxLk6 (I will provide the design in Photoshop file with layers). It must use the same fonts that in the design, I will provide the fonts files.
The user will be able to select a text header of 90 characters, a title of 20 characters and the background image. Unlike the example in which the user can upload the image from his computer, in my script he must be able to choose it from a gallery of 23 photos previously selected photos (this photos will have all the same and correct size). For this gallery, I need that is use a “scroll” gallery similar to this one https://bit.ly/3Wzl7e0 (I don´t need to use exactly that script, it must look similar) and that when he clics on a photo, that selected photo in the gallery will appear with shadow and the selected photo will be shown in the newspaper preview.
As in the example, https://bit.ly/3FSEicP, when the user types any text header or title, it will show what he had typed in the preview instantly.
The script must show the current date in the newspaper front page (here is the date https://i.imgur.com/4tazHoC.jpg)
The AD that is shown in the bottom (here https://i.imgur.com/IQ96v1f.jpg) must be a normal Jpg image, in the script folder, that I can change easily in the future.

In the example, https://bit.ly/3FSEicP, there is only a download image option (it says “Descargátela”) I need to have a download image option ( that downloads the preview as a JPG file), but also a Share in Facebook and Twitter buttons (that when clicked shares the image in Facebook or Twitter).
Everything must be responsible and works well in desktop, tablet and mobile.
I need this fast.
