Create a new UI/UX for an examinations/questionnaires web application - Step 2 -- 2

Description
Our application , Exam, is a software application that can generate examinations (generator part) and run them on the internet (RT part).
In the current version the first task is done in windows and the second task is done on the internet (web and mobile).
The final product of the generator should run as a SAAS in the cloud and will serv thousands of users.

We already started to work on the RT part. This was done using angular.
The company that build this solution could not give a full solution to our needs.


We need the following things:
a.In the RT part:
1. To check if they can give us a solution in angular
2. If yes - To finish the development in angular (we will explain what do we need)
3. If no - To develop everything from scratch

b. In the generator part:
1. Designing a new UX/UI for of the front end the generator part.
(the backend will be maintained by us)
2. Converting the generator part to the internet (web and mobile)
3. Maintaining the front end side of the RT part (html, js, angular)
(the backend will be mainained by us)
4. Adding new features to the RT part (front end).

- All the work is on frontend. No need for backend.

Requirements

- 5 years experience in JS,Angular,HTML,JS
- Practical experiemce in examinations applications

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years Experience in similar projects (including JS,Angular,HTML,CSS)
2. Minimum 5 years Experience in UX\UI design and develop.
3. English level - Advanced (Reading and speaking)
4. The freelancer should fill a daily work hours report
5. Availbility in whatsapp and zoom
