Create a network graph that can handle a lot of nodes

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a network graph that can handle a large number of nodes. The graph will be based on textual target and source .csv data, and I am open to suggestions for the programming language to be used. I would like the graph to be visualized using something like the Cosmos visualization library. It needs to be JS as it needs to be compatible with GitHub Pages, where the viz will be hosted. I want it searchable by node id and colour coded by centrality. It should copy the interface and functionality of Cosmograph.app. It attach the nodes file for reference. Please look at Cosmograph.app before bidding -- if you cannot replicate a graph that can be created in this tool, DO NOT BID!
