Create handlebars for the header and footer

I need help creating handlebars only for the code inside the <header> and <footer> tag. I'm not sure how to quite execute it. I have attached one of my web pages and the server file. So far I have added the "var exphbs = require('express-handlebars');" line to server.js to enable handlebars. The tutorials I've watched had me create a "partials" folder and create header.hbs and footer.hbs files inside the folder but I'm not sure where else to go from there.

There are several other web pages I needed it for but I figured I could figure out the rest if I can get the handlebars for at least the homepage. Let me know if there are any other files you need from me. Thank you!
