Create a fancybox modal and record user clicks with Mysql/PHP - 08/10/2023 14:35 EDT

I have a coupon script made in PHP 8 and Mysql.
I already have a modal system made with Fancybox (jquery) and when a user clicks on a coupon it opens a window with information about that coupon.
I want to create a new cashback modal that must have a blank field where the user enters their email and that email is added to the end of the redirect URL. For example, when typing ....@....com and after clicking "OK", the email must be added to the end of the redirect URL: www.store/com?utm_source=....@ ....com with simple encryption. Something similar to this: https://www.retailmenot.com/view/us.asos.com?u=NUDLM4MSJJADTMN6QLD2UQRMIQ
After redirecting the user, it is necessary to register the day and time, click ID, user email in plain text and other information in the database. This information should be displayed in the admin panel and should be able to be edited when necessary.
