Create an extension to follow people in Shopee

Hello, I need someone to create a browser extension, Google Chorme, which has the main functionality: follow and unfollow people.
How it works?
Shopee is a product marketplace, very famous in Asia.
In a store, registered in the shopee, for example, you can see the number of people who follow that store. Much like an Instagram profile.
In addition to being able to observe the quantity, you can see exactly who these people are, and you can also follow them.
I have attached some images that may help to understand.
What needs to be done exactly?
I believe the extension needs to have something MACRO-style that can click and jump to the next person and get to the bottom of the page scroll.
Shopee has a limit of 3,000 people you can follow. So it would be nice to have a counter to keep track of the amount.
If it reaches the limit, it stops and displays a message.
Important: Shopee currently only displays people in mobile mode, so some adaptation would have to be made for this in Desktop view.
General summary of needs for this extension:
1 - Follow people who are appearing on the page
2 - Unfollow, who followed.
3 - Activation system (it can be a simple email validation where it checks in an API linked to a mysql, if the email is valid or not, and thus releases the access.)
These are basically what I need.
Only accept this project if you really know how to do it and have deep technical knowledge on the subject.
