Create custom react component shown in the video

I am looking for a skilled React developer who can create a custom component for me. I have already designed the UI/UX for the component, and it will require interactive animations as its main functionality. I do not have any preferred frameworks or libraries for the component, so I am open to suggestions. The ideal freelancer for this project will have experience in creating custom components with React and a strong understanding of UI/UX design. Drag and drop functionality and real-time data updates are not required for this project.
