Ghost.org website is good looking and use .hbs templates pages.
The freelancer will copy the design of the ghost.org website to integrate in my own project

The templates will integrate directly into my project. It is better if the freelancer know ghost and has already worked on such a project, making custom theme.
If the freelancer makes a good job, other pages will be requested for additional job. (payment page template, integration of blockchain payment and tier membership management)
