Create a clone of status.lol

I want to create a similar website to https://status.lol.
It is essentially Twitter without any following/followed/favourite/retweet functionality.
It needs to have the following:
– the ability to create an account with a unique username and password
– the ability to log into and out of that account
– post status updates
– the status updates are saved in the account of that user
– see a feed of everyone else's status update
