Create a basic Webgl html5 audio player. (read description b4 bid)

i have an image of a panda that i need to blink and mouth to move as it follows along with audio from audio book... i need to be able to change the background as well. the player need to be designed in a way it can display the words from the audio book while the person plays it. just designed for it, i will handle the programming

i will be implementing this player as a plugin on wordpress audio book site. i will do all this work so dont bid based this work.

i need someone who can do this quickly and get me the player and source files.
