Create an application (Web Application)

Hi,
I want to create an application preferably in NodeJS and ReactJS. The app should be responsive on the web part and of course, I want to later develop the app for iOS but for now, I just want it to be web and android app.
I want someone who has good development practices, who uses ORM and who is always willing to give me feedback on the progress.
The app is not very big, but I will be able to share details privately.
I listen to proposals. Please show me with portfolio the experience.
