Create Tutor Marketplace Site with Self-hosted Online Tutoring Software

I am looking for a developer to create a tutoring marketplace site. I have already purchased software for this purpose. An example of my final site would look like these 2 sites-

The software provides everything needed; I only need it setup.

Backend Skills Needed-
• Language / framework: Javascript (NodeJS)
• Data storages: MongoDB, Redis
• Queue: Redis
• Cache: Redis
• WebSocket: Socket.io

Frontend Skills Needed-
• Architecture: Single Page Application
• Language / framework: Angular 10.x
• CSS framework: Bootstrap

I need this job completed within 2 weeks with milestones to ensure progress is being made timely. Additional documentation will be provided to qualified candidates.
