Create a ReactJS App similar to existing version

We are looking for a developer to create a ReactJS App similar to the version below (also built with ReactJS):

The amount of options required for our new version will be very similar, but the design and functionality will need to be different to the degree that we are not breaching any IP or copyright.
The app will also need to be installed on our Magento 2 based website, communicating seamlessly with the backend i.e . adding or removing options, order placing and saving customization details.
