Create a NFT contract + Circle USDC Checkout Widget

We need an experienced developer to create a website where a collection of NFTs can be listed for sale, integrate the Circle USDC checkout widget API so people can pay by card or other Coins on different blockchains, and once the NFT is bought and paid for, mint the NFT to the buyers wallet (might require wallet creation through Circle)
