Create a HTML page plugin with Stripe integration.

We need to create a generic page plugin in JavaScript. The page plugin will provide a HTML fragment with HTML content, HTML input fields, buttons and JavaScript functions, and will retrieve and submit content to remote services. The plugin should be written in TypeScript source code and compiled into one single .js file, which can be easily embedded into any HTML page, to collect user input, do validation and submit to remote services and get back results.
It's important that the plugin need to integrate Stripe.js.
The plugin source code should be written in TypeScript files, and should be able to reference other TypeScript files. The project of TypeScript should provide .map files in development mode which allow debugging in Chrome. The final production of the plugin should be compiled into one single .js file.
