Create a HTML page plugin to call remote services.

We need to create a generic page plugin in JavaScript. The page plugin will provide a HTML fragment with HTML content, HTML input fields, buttons and JavaScript functions, and will retrieve and submit content to remote services. The plugin should be something like PayPal plugin, which can be easily plugin into any HTML page, to collect user input, do validation and submit to remote services and get back results.
