Create HTML and Javascript page to extract values from a text file (regex)

Hi,
I need a HTML single file with javascript that extract some values from a text file.
Please note that for this work we need 11 text areas.
First text area is for adding text file (copy-paste) and other text areas are for printing the results.
The javascript code will search for some values in first text area and extract the values with regex.
After that print these extracted values in other text areas.
I will provide full details and samples for selected programmer.
