Create Google Script - when values change from “No” to “Yes” in a column, send a customised email based on other columns

I am looking for a Google Script expert to create a script that will automatically send a customised email when values in specific columns change from "No" to "Yes".

Columns to be checked for the change:
- Multiple Columns (columns AC, AD, AE, AF) in the sheet

The customised email should include:
- Details from related columns
- I have 4 different columns, that should send 4 different emails based on “Yes” “No answer

For Example:

“Email to A = should include subject: “New client Logged- Case [No. from column C]

Body: Hi guys,

[column AA]

Thank you!”

The email should be structured as:
- Basic Text

Ideal skills and experience for this project:
