Create Figma Design & HTML mockup & PDF using jsPDF or similar. -- 2

I am looking for a designer/developer to complete a 3-phase project.
Phase 1 (Figma Design):
Create a Figma redesign based on the provided PDF.
The purpose of the design is to use it as part of a webpage that displays a report to the user.
And provides a way to print this report as a PDF.
Requirements:
· Provide a redesign that is based on a delivered PDF
· Provide design improvements and suggestions.
· Create a design for Desktop, Mobile, and A4 PDF Print
Final Deliverable of Phase 1:
A Figma source file, with .fig extension. That contains the complete design file with all artboards, layers, components, and any other relevant assets intact.
That uses an Organized file structure, with the use of proper naming conventions for layers, groups, and components.
And uses components and styles within the Figma file to maintain consistency across different screens and elements.
Phase 2 (HTML & CSS & JS Mockup):
Create a HTML, CSS, JavaScript mockup based on a the Figma design.
The goal is to replicate the design's visual elements and layout using clean and responsive HTML and CSS and JS code. The deliverables will include HTML files, CSS files, JS files and any necessary assets.
An access to a Gitlab Project will be provided to upload source code.
Phase 3 (Convert Design to PDF using jsPDF):
Convert the Figma design into an A4 PDF document using the jsPDF library or similar.
The goal is to automate the conversion process, preserving the design's layout and styling.
The deliverables include the conversion script and styles.
