Create A Complex Service and Training Platform In JavaScript v2

We are looking for a highly skilled development team to recreate a complex web platform in JavaScript. This is expected to be a three to six month project, requiring a minimum of six full time developers. This platform will reside on the AWS network, preferably using MySql and Linux. We will be recreating a PHP/MySQL platform to a JavaScript/MySQL platform with approximately 200 features. This new platform will require a significant upgraded user experience, integration of animated graphics and faster reports processing. Our current platform has some components that are 10 to 20 years old. You will be creating from scratch and not using ANY of the current code. Key Developer Requirements: - Extensive experience in JavaScript platform development. - Access to skilled User Experience programmers - Knowledge in Google Mapping - Knowledge with AWS and setting up Linux servers and MySql databases Your team will be replicating our current site, which includes the following centers: - Customer Management - End user management - Routing and Scheduling - Billing and Invoicing - Video management - PDF creation and editing You will use the following User Manual as your guide for the required features to be created in this project. We will select companies that have a proven record of large scale projects, and walk them through the live site. You will finalize your bid and timeline after you have been given an extensive tour of the current platform, and shown the feature additions and deletions. Milestones will be release upon agreed upon project requirements. The project must be build to ECMAScript 2023 and MySQL 8.4 All source code will be provided to Next All code must be fully and extensively documented within the code You must use "libraries" or "modules" for all shared, or potentially shared code, as much as possible. A comprehensive wireframe must be developed Comprehensive documentation must be developed You team must have a single point of contact, and be willing to meet 2x or 3x times per week for 60 minutes between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm ET (United States time) You must provide an initial timeline, which will be adjusted weekly All code created will be the exclusive property of Next. Next project: 1. Create a timeline. 2. Create a wireframe of the project 3. Create the UX of the project while the rest of the project progresses. 4. Create the AWS site, create/set-up the servers and databases while the rest of the project progresses. 5. Create the Affiliates Setup and Control site 6. Create the Affiliate site - xx days 7. Create the Training site – xx days 8. Create the End User site – xx days 9. Create the Customer Management site – xx days 10. Create the Service Ticket site – xx days 11. Create the Affiliate settings site 16. Add in the 200+ Rights Management for each feature, for each user 17. The specifications are included in BOTH the User Manual and the NEXT Project Additions document. If your bid is greater than the max bid allowed, then put in the max bid amount, and we will change the project max bid amount if necessary. It is expected that this project will continue after the initial build Next has released more than 200 Freelancer projects. Your proven proficiency in cutting-edge programming technologies will be a critical factor for the successful completion of this project. It's also imperative to mention the importance of an intuitive and user-friendly interface, as this will significantly enhance the user experience on our platform.
