Create Chrome Extension for WhatsAPP Web like "waplus.io"

I need an extension that integrates with whatsapp web, with functionality similar to the "waplus" extension. The main functionality is "When clicking on a contact, get the information". I need functions to be created for each event, with a "console.log" of the data. No need to integrate with any other API.
