Create Botpress template with HITL

I need:
1. A Botpress template (ready to be imported)
2. The chat details between user and bot (including user id, bot id, session id etc.) to be transferred via API (you don't need to specify the endpoint, we will provide that)
3. The bot will transfer to an available agent if user requests so
4. If no agent, bot will inform back the user
