Create a Bar Graph in React NextJs with Typescript

Create Bar Graph with a Y and X axis. The Y axis will have numbers and the X axis will have different cities with different actions or posts happing at each city for example. action 1, action 2 action 3 can all happen in the same city. These actions must be compared on a bar graph. I'll provide a video as a sample of what's needed. It must be done in react for next's, using Typescript. you can use ApexCharts or any JS library that can get the project done. I need it done ASAP.
