Create APP to Load iptv web portal on Samsung Tizen

Hello , we are looking someone who can develop app for us for Samsung Tizen which will load already existing Iptv portal(stalker portal)...So no need for design frontend or to develop backend as already exist.
Example of this are apps StbEmu from playstore and Smart Stb from Samsung Store.
As we unerstands client app is a webkit based browser (with a specific "stb" object inside) and receives html/css/javascript from the server.

You will also need to implement samsung player to play streams as portal on its own don't have one.
App must follow all Samsung Tizen standard so we are able to publish it at the end.
