Correct and optimize a JavaScript code for an RPG Maker MZ plugin

I am currently in search of a JavaScript developer, preferably one with expertise in PixiJS, and it would be highly advantageous if they are already familiar with the RPG Maker MZ or MV game engines. I require an individual who possesses the competence to rectify and optimize a codebase that I have authored for an RPG Maker MZ plugin. While the current code is operational, I am encountering performance issues, specifically delays during the movement of images on the game map. It's not a matter of decreased FPS; rather, the code lacks proper optimization, resulting in the generation of excessive sprites and inadequate management.

The primary objective of this project is to ensure that the code operates seamlessly, accurately calculates the vision range, and manages the number of sprites on the map effectively, thereby eliminating stuttering of images during map movement.
