Core Web Vitals Fix

Hi, I’m looking for someone who can improve our website’s Core Web Vitals. Currently, when I test on Google’s page insight, it fails to pass on Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) on desktop version. I’m looking for someone who can fix and improve our Core Web Vitals as close to 100 as possible on both Desktop and Mobile’s versions. It has to pass all the requirements on PageSpeed Insights test.
