The goal of this project is to design and develop a system of cooperative cleaning robots that work together to sanitize hospital environments. The project will involve integrating various technologies, including robotics, computer vision, and communication protocols, to create an efficient and effective cleaning solution.
Design and build a fleet of autonomous cleaning robots capable of navigating hospital environments safely. The robots should be equipped with sensors for obstacle detection and avoidance, as well as a robust locomotion system for efficient movement across different surfaces.
Implement cooperative behaviors among the cleaning robots to efficiently distribute cleaning tasks and avoid collisions. Develop algorithms that enable the robots to communicate and coordinate their actions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the hospital area while minimizing duplication of efforts.
Develop a centralized control system that oversees the operations of the cleaning robot fleet. The control system should provide a user interface for monitoring and managing the robots' activities, scheduling cleaning tasks, and generating reports on cleaning progress.
