Convert our exam application to the web/mobile

We developed an application that runs dynamic web/mobile questionnaires based on json files.
We need to develop an API to that application that will be produce these web pages as html files
for a client application.

project description
==============
There are 3 software components involve in this project:
a. An Examinations general generator
b. An Examinations executer
c. An Examinations frontend generator and executer

The Examinations general generator (a) gets examinations chapters properties from the end user and creates
generates for each chapter 2 html files for the frontend: 1) A prefix page for that chapter 2) A questaionaire page for that chapter
This should be done by calling the Examinations frontend generator and executer (c).

In runtime, the Examinations executer (b) manage the whole system by sending those pages to the end user
and when the user submit his answers it saves and manipulate the results in the backend system.
During this phase of execution the Examinations frontend generator and executer (c) is responsible of
the frontend . This means all the operations conerening to the questionaires like navigation, forms filling etc.

Requirements
===========
1. Minimum 5 years Experience in similar projects (including JS,Angular,HTML,CSS)
2. Minimum 5 years Experience in UX\UI design and develop.
3. English level - Advanced (Reading and speaking)
4. The freelancer should fill a daily work hours report
5. Availbility in zoom
6. Only freelancers (No companies)
7. The freelancer will start the project immediatley.
8. Availability of about 40 hours per week for the project
