Convert Website into Home Assistant plugin

I am looking to convert a website that uses Javascript to control a bluetooth device into a home assisant supported device. This will require the person to understand the current javascript file that controls that bluetooth and convert that interface into a home assistant device. Probably make sense to use thermostat device type.

Actions that are required to be mapped.
1) Find Devices to be added (auto discovery for Home Assistant)
2) Current Temp ( e.g. 362F )
$) Set Temp ( e.g. 370F)
3) Heat (e.g. On/off)
4)Air (e.g. On/Off)
5) increase set temp
6) decrease set temp

Ideal features if possible:
- both supported device types. Volcano and Crafty
- Support firmware updates
- support Analysis feature
