Convert React.js project built with frestore to Electron.js to run on desktop in online/offline mode

I have a system that was built in React.js but i need to have a desktop version of it so that it can run in both online and offline mode. The system was built using firebase (firestore) as the db.
i need an experience developer who can do this conversion for me
