Convert React File to Use NextJs StaticProps

I have a React TSX file with a use effect function that gets data convert this function to use nextjs's getserversideprops. The file is part of a huge micro-services project, I'm using this as a simple test to hire devs that I need for the project on am on going bases, So far the people I have worked with are terrible. I'm looking for a JS/TS expert that will be available for at least 4 hours a day. The file is attached.
