Convert Phaser3 javascript to Typescript

I will to hire developer to convert the repo https://github.com/luanit96/Slots-Machine-Phaser3 to typescript. Currently the javascript version is able to run on Node version v14.17.3, but i want it to be able to run on latest Node version v20.2.0 after converted to Typescript. It may requires migration from Webpack 4 to Webpack 5 and transition from file loader modules to asset modules.
