Convert a JSFiddle File to Javascript/Phyton/or so on to a local Script

Hello,
I search a Nice Person that can Help me to Convert a JSFiddle File and add some new small Features.
The Tool from JSFiddle is just that: Select a Online Picture, and Upload over Rarepress Api to Rarible.
Just need some Modifications; Automate Validate and Sign Metamask Transactions, Folder Support, Metamask Key/SecretKey Support, small Statistic
Console Startup:
User Input: Select Folder (Select all pictures inside of that folder and Upload ALL pictures in a for loop or so)
user input: wallet address
User Input: Metamask Key..
User Input: Metamask SecretKey..
User Input: Some other stuff if needed for Metamask for automatic validate and sign
User Input: await Delay between success loop
User Input: nft name -> #
Increment the after every success cycle #0...#1...#2...
user input: nft description
user input: nft royalties
user input: eth price (16*18 eg.)
Console after that: Just Refresh and Show Uploaded Pictures / How many Left
Write Success Upload to a txt. Log (pictures names, increment number, date.....)
To what Convert? Javascript, Phyton or so on, the choose is yours, its only must be a local application with the source code and not "online" and do the stuff what i need.
