Convert JQUERY SVG avatar generator to Vue3

Many years ago, I bought an Avatar generator which uses html canvas, SVG and jquery. It has been working really well on my ld project.
I am updating the UI and using Vue 3 with the composition API and script setup and need someone to convert the code to a Vue3 component for me.
I will supply all the original files and I require someone to provide the Code which will include a basic converted to png. It does not need the gravatar aspects to work.
You MUST start your bid with "I understand SVG, JQuery, Canvas and Vue3"
Any generic bid that mentions wordpress or general web development will be immediately rejected.
