Convert HTML to WordPress for Job Portal

Project Description:
I already have a complete HTML + CSS design of my "Sarkari Hub4u" portal (latest govt jobs, admit card, result, syllabus updates).
Now I want an experienced WordPress Developer who can:

Convert my provided HTML code into a custom WordPress theme

Make the website fully dynamic and responsive

CMS based system so I can easily add / update government jobs, admits, results, answer keys, etc. from admin panel

Ensure SEO friendly structure, fast loading speed and mobile compatibility

Integrate useful plugins (Yoast SEO, caching, security, contact form etc.)

Create proper categories like:

Latest Jobs / Updates

Admit Cards

Results

Answer Keys

Central Govt Jobs

State Govt Jobs

Add Search bar functionality to filter jobs and posts

Integrate Telegram & WhatsApp Join buttons (as in my HTML)

Build footer pages (Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Contact Us, About Page)

Make secure and easy to use WordPress dashboard for posting updates/news

Key Requirements:
Strong experience in WordPress Theme Development and customization

Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JS

Experience with database + SEO optimization

Previous experience in making Job Portals / Government Notification sites is a plus

Clean, professional and user-friendly design

Deliverables:
A fully working WordPress Website (Live + Installed on my hosting/server)
