Convert Avada Site to Static HTML

I have a corporate website currently built with WordPress and the Avada theme.
I want to keep the same visual layout, but remove WordPress, plugins, and the database entirely.
The goal is to create a fast, secure and stable static website while maintaining the current design.

Project objective
Rebuild the current website layout as a clean static HTML / CSS / JS website, without WordPress.

The new website must:
maintain the same visual design as the current site
be fully static
be lightweight and fast
have no dependency on WordPress or plugins

Scope of work
The following templates are required:
Homepage
Standard content/service page
Blog article template
Header with responsive navigation
Footer
The design should closely match the current website.
you'll have to recreate all the actual pages (both italian & english)

Required features
clean HTML5
well-structured CSS
minimal JavaScript (for mobile menu, etc.)
responsive layout
proper SEO structure (H1, H2, semantic HTML)
clean URLs
Forms are already handled via ActiveCampaign embedded forms, so no backend development is required.

Expected output
The final result should be a folder structure like this:

I will first ask for the homepage conversion as a test.
If the result is good, we will proceed with the rest of the website.
