Convert Asp.Net Core Project To React

I have an existing project which is Asp.Net core 3.1 MVC. It is working and using jQuery, and other JavaScript libraries. I need it to be converted to React (using latest .net core 6.0 and visual studio 2022). I DO NOT need a "rewrite", but it should just be a "porting" to React. Using the latest React project design patterns that are applicable.

The scripts etc. should be used AS-IS. Please refer the .net core project attached, if there are any questions then please let me know.
