Consulting in web application programming (Front end)

I am looking for a freelancer who is proficient in front end development, including React, Tailwind and Libraries to provide consulting services for a web application programming project. The ideal candidate should have expert level skills and extensive experience in front-end development and an idea of what he will require from a backend / API to integrate some information from external platforms to the front end.
We are building a reporting platform, so we integrate with the main ads and reporting API.

Specific requirements for the project include:
