Construct HTML output in Notion for newsletter

Hi there -

I am looking to use Notion as a means to create a newsletter. I gather the easiest way is to export html from a notion "output" page. This "output" page will draw on an "input" page that will utilize the web clippings tool as well as hardcoded text. It also appears that we will need to utilize Javascript in order to embed URLs within hardcoded text in the output page, all of which will draw from the input page.

If you know of an easier way to complete the above, I would welcome your thoughts. Please reach out if you believe this to be feasible.
