Connect Google Drive CSV with DB on VULTR and Sync everything

I have collected some data from various websites using JS scripts that I run on Contabo and those results I've collected are not saved into Google Drive CSV files.
I would need someone who can write a script or something to connect existing and newly created CSV files with my DB that is on VULTR server. Also that script needs to be fully automatic and run several times per day to update newest data to my DB which will appear after on my website.
I'm not sure what kind of developer I really need but I know why I need.
