I have a webapp (checkref.co) which I need to be completed.
- The project is about 75% completed.
- Outstanding features need to completed
- Some of UI changes/updates and bugs fixed.

Failure to meet this timeline will result in penalties of 25% of the agreed fee for every week delay.
Fee will only be paid after successful delivery of the project. I will not consider milestone payments.
