Complete Project Management and CRM System Design in Figma
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have sketched an initial draft of a project-management workflow in Figma and have a PDF of the remaining workflow required.I need it transformed into a polished, interactive flow for client approval. The goal is to give my team a clear, clickable map of how projects and the CRM move from kickoff to completion.
Scope
• Evolve the existing draft into a coherent end-to-end process that covers task assignments, deadlines and milestones, progress tracking, and a calendar view.
• Refine component styles, typography, and color palette so the screens feel consistent and brand-ready.
• Build interactive connections and simple micro-interactions so stakeholders can click through the flow and experience each step.
• Document any key logic or conditional paths directly in the Figma file (notes or annotations are fine) so developers know what happens behind each button.
Deliverables
1. Updated Figma file with all screens, components, and interactions in place.
2. A share link to a clickable prototype suitable for live stakeholder review.
3. A brief hand-off note summarizing page hierarchy, reusable components, and any design tokens used.
I’m looking for someone comfortable with Figma’s auto-layout, component libraries, and prototyping tools who can turn a rough outline into a visually clear workflow without overcomplicating it. If you have experience mapping project-management processes or building SaaS dashboards, that’s a plus. Please share a similar workflow or dashboard you’ve completed so I can gauge fit.
