Coding Help - HTML, CSS, Javascript working with videos, d3.js visualization transitions and lottie animations (GSAP library)

My project requires two deliverables at two different times. Please read carefully
Deliverable 1:
I need a template html file that has a video (covering the full window) at the start. Then under it we need 8 different divs for text on the left side (1/3 of page width) and each text div has a square frame div on the right (2/3 of page width). We need to use javascript to make the scroll event happen for the text sections and that causes the frames to switch as well. The page needs to look like its not scrolling, only the text side is scrolling and that is making the frame contents change.
Deliverable 2:
I am currently working on the content for the frames in Deliverable 1. The content will be d3.js visualizations, lottie animations and videos. I will need you to integrate the content in their respective frames (I will provide the figma wireframes with explanations) and also add specific transitions between the different content. I will provide the content by 12pm on Tuesday (UAE time)
Deliverable 1 budget is $10-15 and deadline is 12pm Tuesday (UAE time)
Deliverable 2 budget is $50-60 and deadline is 12pm Wednesday (UAE time)
